General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
Fullhair.ch – PRP Clinic for Hair Loss

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between the Fullhair.ch PRP Clinic (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and its customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Patient”) for all services offered in the field of PRP treatments for hair loss.
By making an appointment, concluding a treatment contract or using our services, the patient accepts these terms and conditions.
2. Services
The Fullhair.ch PRP Clinic offers non-invasive aesthetic-medical treatments using platelet-rich plasma (PRP) to stimulate hair growth.
All treatments are carried out by our specialist staff following a personal consultation and based on the medical indication.
There is no promise of a cure. Treatment results may vary from individual to individual.
3. Appointment scheduling and cancellation
Appointments can be made by phone, email or via the online booking system.
Cancellations are possible free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment.
In case of no-show or short-term cancellation (less than 24 hours), we reserve the right to charge the total cost of the treatment or the corresponding package.
4. Prices and payment terms
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and can be viewed on the website or in the practice. Payment is due immediately after treatment – in cash, by debit/credit card, or TWINT.
Installment payments or package prices can be agreed upon individually.
No refunds will be given for services booked but not used (e.g. as part of package deals), unless there is a medically justified cancellation with a doctor's certificate.
5. Disclaimer
PRP treatments are performed according to current medical standards. However, individual reactions (e.g., swelling, redness, tenderness) may occur during aesthetic treatments.
The provider is not liable for treatment results that do not meet the patient's expectations, unless there is gross negligence or treatment error.
6. Data protection
All personal data, health information and image documentation are subject to medical confidentiality and will be treated confidentially in accordance with statutory data protection regulations.

7. Final provisions
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the practice; Swiss law applies exclusively.
